当(dāng )晚,老张跑到菜市(shì )场挑了只新鲜母鸡回家,斩下两只鸡腿开锅油炸(zhà )。凭当年在(zài )部队炊事班(bān )做麻油鸡的技术,他做了一道油卤鸡腿。先用油焖两三分(fèn )钟,鸡(jī )腿过了油,却又不炸得干巴(bā ),保留了鸡肉的鲜嫩,再浇(jiāo )上(shàng )熬(áo )好的芝麻粉料(liào ),放在盘子里(lǐ ),儿子媳妇闻了都(dōu )直流口水。孙子放学回来,吸着鼻子直奔(bēn )餐桌:“今(jīn )天买肯(kěn )德基了?这么香?”三口两口(kǒu ),连撕(sī )带(dài )咬,就把鸡腿全吃完了。
