做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
