做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
