做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
