做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
