做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
