做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
