做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
