做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
