做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
