做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
