做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
