做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
