做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
