做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
