做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
