做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
