做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
