做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
