做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
