做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
