做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
