做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
