做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
