做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
