当晚,老张跑到菜市场挑了只新鲜母鸡(jī )回家,斩下两只鸡腿开锅油炸。凭当年在部队(duì )炊事(shì )班做麻油鸡(jī )的技术,他做了一道油卤鸡腿。先用油焖两三分钟,鸡腿过(guò )了油,却又不炸(zhà )得干巴,保(bǎo )留了鸡肉的鲜嫩,再浇上(shàng )熬好的芝麻粉料,放在盘子里,儿(ér )子媳妇闻(wén )了(le )都直(zhí )流口水(shuǐ )。孙子放学回(huí )来,吸着鼻(bí )子直奔(bēn )餐桌:“今天买肯德基了?这么香?”三(sān )口两(liǎng )口,连撕带(dài )咬,就把(bǎ )鸡腿(tuǐ )全吃(chī )完了。
