做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
