做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
