做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
