做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
