做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
