做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
