做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
