做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
