做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
