做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
