做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
