做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
