做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
