做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
