做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
