做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
