做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
