做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
