做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
