做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
