做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
