做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
