当晚,老张(zhāng )跑到菜(cài )市场挑了只(zhī )新(xīn )鲜母鸡回家(jiā ),斩下两(liǎng )只鸡腿开锅油炸。凭当年在部(bù )队炊(chuī )事班做麻油鸡的技术,他做了一道油卤鸡腿。先(xiān )用油焖两三分钟,鸡腿过了油,却又不炸得干(gàn )巴,保留了鸡肉的鲜嫩,再(zài )浇上熬好的芝麻粉料(liào ),放在盘(pán )子(zǐ )里,儿子(zǐ )媳妇闻(wén )了都(dōu )直(zhí )流口水。孙子放学回来(lái ),吸着鼻子直奔餐桌:“今(jīn )天买肯(kěn )德基了?这么香?”三口两口,连撕带咬,就(jiù )把鸡腿全吃完了。
