做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
